The Director of Student Affairs plays a vital role in supporting a culture of academic excellence by ensuring that all students have the resources and support they need to succeed. This position focuses on academic support programs, using a data-driven approach to assess student needs and allocate resources to enhance their educational experience. The Director of Student Affairs supervises key team members and works collaboratively with staff, students, and families to build a positive and achievement-oriented school culture.

Benefits and Salary: Starting Salary is $50,000 and is negotiable dependent on education and experience. BASIS.ed offers a comprehensive benefits package.
