BASIS is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of our innovative charter schools across the nation.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative visual content across various digital platforms. You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising, data visualization, web design, and user experience (UX) to translate complex information into clear and compelling visuals that support our educational mission and align with our brand aesthetic. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content. In this role, organizational and technical skills are key, and all candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of design software programs.

The BASIS Education AZ+ Marketing and Design department serves as the in-house advertising agency to support the growth of BASIS Charter Schools. You will work with a team of marketers and designers creating compelling integrated, National multi-channel campaigns and meaningful marketing materials. This role is hybrid, with part of the week at our office in Scottsdale.
